You agree to use our site and services for lawful purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases or book treatments.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. You may cancel future billing at any time, but partial refunds for unused services are not offered unless required by law. Benefits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
4. Payments & Billing
All charges are displayed in U.S. dollars. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for services, memberships, or product purchases. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
5. Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all service sales are final. Products may be eligible for return within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected].
6. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Our services are non-invasive cosmetic and wellness treatments. They are not a substitute for medical advice. You must inform your provider of any health conditions before receiving services. Results vary by individual.
7. Product Information
We do our best to ensure accurate product descriptions. If a product becomes unavailable, we may issue a refund or offer a substitute.
